When you place an order with Tufnells you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed these terms & conditions. These terms & conditions and your use of our website are governed by the law of England & Wales and you agree to the jurisdiction of the English courts. This does not affect your statutory rights.

A contract between the customer and Tufnells for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched.

Prices and availability of our goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order, where applicable. Please look under the delivery section for details.

Payment – We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit/debit card. All prices and transactions are shown in sterling and we can only accept payment in UK sterling.
Prices where appropriate are inclusive of Vat at the current rate. We do not deliver outside of the UK.

Delivery – We always aim to hold stock of the items displayed on this website, however occasionally an item might be unavailable and if this is the case we would contact you by telephone and advise you.

All dates for delivery are estimated and may be subject to change. We can accept no liability for any loss or damage of a delivery.

Standard Delivery times will be Monday to Friday – untimed deliveries only. Please allow 5 – 7 working days. Delivery cost is £3.95 on orders under £50, and and Orders/combined order over £50.00 is free.

Conformity of Goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However as many of our products are unique there may well be variations from the images on the website.
